Stripe Simplifies Accepting Money Online

stripeStripe continues to simplify taking payments over the web.  Stripe’s company blog has recently announced three new innovations: a transfers dashboard for merchants, a new “payment experience” called Stripe Checkout, and the jQuery.payment credit card interface.  The Transfers Dashboard gives sellers a detailed history of funds paid into their bank account.  Stripe Checkout replaces the hassle of creating a payments interface with a single line of javascript.  It’s also mobile-friendly and built on Stripe’s experience of best practices for online payment flow.  Finally, Stripe (YC S10) has also released jQuery.payment, which enables developers to use some of the functionality of Stripe Checkout and works as a “general purpose library for building credit card forms, validating input, and formatting numbers.”
